WIZARD FESTIVALTICKET PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Ticket prices include VAT.

No tickets will be refunded or exchanged unless the event is completely cancelled when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. Although festival organisers will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

Tickets are issued subject to a licence for the event being issued by the localauthority.
Purchase of a ticket signifies the purchaser's agreement to the conditions on the ticket and listed below:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PURCHASE OF A TICKET SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:
- You consent to filming and sound recordings as members of the audience.
- All persons under 18 will be required to wear a different colour wristband, proof of age will be required by gate staff, all persons under 16 must be accompanied by a
responsible adult. - We reserve the right to refuse admission without refund and to alter or change the programme. A zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or anti social behaviour will be operated.
- No Animals or fireworks will be admitted to the camp site or festival.
- No fires will be permitted anywhere at the event (BBQ’s and gas cookers will be allowed on camp site)
- Lost tickets will not be replaced. Keep your ticket and stub safe and in good condition. Treat it as if it was cash. Please keep the main ticket and stub joined. Your ticket stub will be barcode scanned and exchanged for a wristband which will be fastened around your wrist by a member of staff at the event. Wristbands removed from the wrist, tampered with or lost will be invalid and will not be replaced.
- We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
- This is a tented festival. Though, it is your responsibility to be prepared for all weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing.
- No glass may be brought into the camp site; no alcoholic drinks, glass, cans or dangerous objects may be brought into the festival site.
- Wizard is a family festival and is drug free; all persons attending may be subject to security searches. Bags and possessions may be searched upon entering the event.
